    Yes. Our staff at the entrance of White Rabbit will assist you with ticket purchases, although we recommend buying them online to ensure availability.

    The experience at White Rabbit can last as long as you like. Typically, most visitors spend between 60 and 90 minutes.

  • 5. What safety measures are in place at White Rabbit?

    At White Rabbit, we have implemented various safety measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our visitors. These measures include access control, security cameras, and clear and well-defined emergency procedures. Additionally, we closely follow public health guidelines and recommendations to ensure the well-being of everyone.


  • 1. Can I pay in cash?

    At White Rabbit, we try to avoid cash payments as a safety measure. Cash is accepted, but we ask our visitors to try to use credit or debit cards.

  • 2. Can I transfer or refund my ticket?

    Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • 3. Can I enter White Rabbit before/after my scheduled time?

    If you arrive at the start of your slot, your entry is guaranteed. There is a 15-minute window for each slot.

    If you arrive at a different time, we cannot guarantee entry to White Rabbit.
    Alternatively, you have the option to purchase a flexible ticket, which allows you to enter at any time during the selected day.

  • 4. What do I need for check-in?

    For check-in, you only need to show the QR code from the PDF you received in the confirmation email.

  • 5. I see different prices by day and time slot, what is the reason?

    We have lower prices at the beginning and end of the day. You can enjoy a discount of up to 10% by booking an early or late time slot.

  • 6. What is a Flexible Ticket?

    A flexible ticket allows you to visit White Rabbit at any time on the selected day, without needing to choose a specific time slot.

  • 1. Is there a minimum age to attend the experience?

    There is no minimum age requirement for this experience. However, for the virtual reality room, a minimum age of 8 years is recommended to ensure proper fitting of the VR goggles and a safe experience.

  • 2. Is food and drink available at White Rabbit?

    Yes, we have an OFF-SHOP in collaboration with Parallelo Gelato and Hidden Coffee Roasters where ice cream and specialty coffee are sold.

  • 3. Is it possible to book for a large group or plan an event at White Rabbit?

    Absolutely. You can email us at info@theoffmuseum.com, and we will gladly assist you in booking for groups of 10 or more people, as well as in organizing custom events.

    You can take as many photographs as you like here. However, we ask that you respect the privacy of the people around you while doing so.

    Yes, at White Rabbit there are no stairs, and the bathrooms are adapted to ensure accessibility for wheelchair users.

  • 2. Is there a place to store strollers and other items?

    Yes, we have a locker room where you can store your personal belongings. However, we recommend leaving your belongings at your accommodation whenever possible.

    The dimensions of our lockers vary, with the largest being 97.4 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 50 cm (depth), and the smallest being 47.8 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 50 cm (depth).

  • 3. Are there bathrooms available?

    Yes, we have easily accessible bathrooms just before the first room of the experience, as well as another bathroom halfway through the tour.

    Unfortunately, although we love animals, they are not allowed inside the museum, except for properly registered service dogs with appropriate leashes.

    White Rabbit is not responsible for lost items during the experience. However, we have security cameras in the space and will do our best to assist you in case of loss.
