Yeah. Our staff at the White Rabbit entrance will help you purchase tickets, although we recommend purchasing online to ensure availability.
The experience at White Rabbit can last as long as you want. Typically, most visitors spend between 60 and 90 minutes exploring.
At White Rabbit, we have implemented various safety measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our visitors. These measures include access control, security cameras, and clear and well-defined emergency procedures. Additionally, we are closely following public health guidelines and recommendations to ensure everyone's well-being.
At White Rabbit we try to avoid cash payments as a security measure. Cash is accepted but we ask our visitors to try using credit or debit cards.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Only group tickets have a specific access time, and we recommend arriving at the selected time; we accept one margin of up to 10 minutes.
If you arrive outside of those hours, entry will depend on availability and capacity at that time, so we cannot guarantee access.
If your ticket is for one person, you can enter at any time that suits you best without any problem.
If needed, you can change the date of your ticket by writing to info@theoffmuseum.com or purchase individual tickets for greater scheduling flexibility..
To check-in, you will only need to show the QR code of the PDF that you received in the confirmation email.
We offer a discount on weekdays.
Individual tickets allow you to arrive at any time, but you must choose a visit date during the purchase process, while for group tickets you must choose a date and visit time.
Alternatively, we offer a 2-in-1 ticket, which includes entry to both White Rabbit and House of Candy, our second multi-sensory experience dedicated to the world of sweets. This option doesn't have a fixed date or time, so you can come any day and at any time you prefer.
There is no minimum age requirement to participate. However, for the VR room, a minimum age of 8 years is recommended to ensure proper fit of the glasses and a safe experience.
